Enjoy this welcoming 110 m² farmhouse, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The sunny, south-facing balcony offers exceptional panoramic views over the valleys of Avoriaz, Les Gets and Morzine.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals together. Heating in every room, including all bedrooms, keeps you comfortable even in winter. You also have Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and on-site parking, with a garage included.



Self check-in allows for a flexible, hassle-free arrival, so you can start enjoying the magnificent Alpine panorama and shared garden straight away.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring your own tea towels, bath towels and bed linen. The holiday home has a double bed with a 1.60 m x 2.00 m mattress and individual duvets. The 180 cm bed consists of two single beds pushed together to form a double. The remaining beds are singles. All beds have individual duvets.
