Come and enjoy this pretty Breton house completely renovated and located 3 kilometers from Josselin and its castle. In the calm of a small hamlet close to all amenities, the house is ideally located to discover the natural and cultural charms of Brittany: forests, beaches, villages and gastronomy.
It is composed of 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a large kitchen living room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large garden.

The accommodation:

The house has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, a large bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen open to the bar and the lounge area will allow you to spend warm evenings with family or friends. The outdoor spaces with table and armchairs will welcome you to enjoy the beautiful Breton climate ;-)
The house is fully equipped and has wifi, you will also have access to books, comics, games and video games. The house is not connected to the television but there is a large screen to which it is possible to connect computer or hard drive via an HDMI cable provided.

Passenger access:

Bellon is a small hamlet located 3 kilometres from Josselin, its castle and shops. The Nantes-Brest canal passes close by and you can enjoy walks from the house.
Located in the centre of Brittany, the Pays de Josselin allows you to discover the beautiful countryside of the surroundings, the cultural heritage and the forest of Brocéliande but its position also allows you to radiate in less than an hour to the beaches of the Morbihan golf course, in an hour and a half to Saint Malo or to the pink granite coast to the north in less than two hours.

Other notes:

Vegetable patches are available to visitors with different varieties of tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, salads, strawberries and herbs on the menu, all in organic farming. Enjoy your meal!

In order for you and the next visitors to have a serene stay, a cleaning fee of 30 euros will be requested on arrival, this package includes the cleaning of the house after your departure and the supply of household linen (small bathroom towels and towels/kitchen towels).
Linen is also included as well as towels.
So you won't have to clean it yourself, just put your bags down and enjoy your stay!
