”Very nice place”

”Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....

Absolutely incredible staff, great communication leading up to my trip, friendly, attentive, and so helpful with anything I enquired about. Spotless room, super cozy bed, delicious food, beautiful trails, and a perfect creek for tubing or taking a little dip. Highly recommend visiting! ”

”Great place. It does not have Ana actual outdoor hot tub like in the pictures but a soaking tub in the bathroom. Water pressure was really bad so if you'd like a bath make sure to start pouring an hour ahead of time but the water temperature was hot so I didn't mind. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was really low too. The pool was nice and clean. All in all I enjoyed my stay despite these little hiccups. ”

”The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

”This was such a special part of our Belize holiday. The staff was amazing, the rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and you can see that everyone working there takes great pride in excellent hospitality. It was simply a beautiful, relaxing, and utterly tranquil place to be with loads to do both on the property and excursions available. Wish we’d stayed longer than three nights!”

”I booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to the airport for my early morning flight. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but was extremely impressed upon arrival. The hotel is large with lots of amenities, most which I didn’t have time to explore. They have a great bar/restaurant with an open air, tropical theme right next to the pool. They were expanding the deck area next to the pool, which will be lovely when finished. The rooms were modern, clean and well stocked. The bed...

”This place is great! Joyce is on top of everything and helped us with laundry one day and even gave us free pork buns the morning we were leaving. The garden is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. AC worked great!”
