”The hotel served the purpose for my travel. Taking into account the price, I would say that it was value for the money. I had a quiet room in the basement, however no window. The cleanliness met my expectations and the personnel did they best to serve you although they needed a mobile phone transcription for communicating in English. On the first day I had to ask for hangers and a hair dryer but these were then provided. The air conditioning was functioning well. The location is very convenient...

”Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.”

”The air conditioner in my room was fine. I wouldn’t say it was ice cold, but it didn’t feel stuffy or sticky.
As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best. When I did change rooms, it was the exact same thing with the water, temp and showerhead. It may have been. The floor I was on ”

”The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel.
