”Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.”

”The hotel served the purpose for my travel. Taking into account the price, I would say that it was value for the money. I had a quiet room in the basement, however no window. The cleanliness met my expectations and the personnel did they best to serve you although they needed a mobile phone transcription for communicating in English. ”Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet connection - and it sucked!
