”The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.”

”The small cabin we booked was very intimate & cozy. It is located approximate to Alexandria Bay with very easy access to the rest of the Seaway Trail. Only thing of question was the bed was a little soft & the bathroom a little tight for a guy my size. We definitely enjoyed our stay overall!”

”So this is tricky. Proprietor is nice. I was shown a room that smelled of smoke. Second room was great. Most guests appeared to be longer term, public assistance. Difficult to navigate for owner. I would return but might not be for everyone currently. Excellent value for me and my motorcycle. Hope this helps.”

”This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.”

”This motel met our needs. It was clean and well maintained. We were there to sleep. I would stay there again.”

”The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked two rooms, each with two beds. On the morning of my arrival, I called the hotel and spoke with a representative who confirmed that both rooms were reserved next to each other. However, when I arrived that night, the front desk representative did not honor the reservation as previously confirmed. Instead, I was assigned two rooms that were far apart, and one of the rooms had only one bed instead of two. That room was also not properly...

”Great breakfast, good choices, plenty of seating and kept well stocked and clean. I really prefer staying places where the room is cleaned daily but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t an issue”

”Room was clean, bathroom well it always smells like humidity because they don’t have fans I guess , ironing board was broken but told tue front desk. Breakfast is always excellent for continental!! Love their pillows and bed! Wish I could buy those comfy pillows LOL One bad thing our room was facing the I-81 so we could hear the big trucks and traffic which sucked”

”The staff were sweet as can be and very helpful. I overheard the staff tell a client No animals and No smoking. Our room was completely full of dog hair on the floor like it hadn’t been swept in days. I was shocked. I did not notify anyone as I didn’t want to make a scene. The sheets and bed were clean and comfortable. Overall not bad except the floors. I took pictures to confirm.”
