La Rive du Loir is a private cottage (open since July 2025), so you will have the entire cottage to yourself.

From March 15th, we will be adding a fourth bedroom, located 10 meters from the cottage, with its own shower, wall-hung toilet, TV, etc. The capacity will then increase to 9 people + 2 people using the sofa bed.

For 2026: Heated swimming pool from Friday, March 27th to Sunday, November 1st inclusive.

For 2027: Heated swimming pool from Friday, March 26th to Monday, November 1st inclusive.

During these periods, the pool is heated to 29°C.

For an ideal stay with family or friends, this charming house, which sleeps 7 (9 people with the sofa bed in the living room), is located on the riverbank. Parking is included on the property. At your disposal is a lovely living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a TV, sofa, pellet stove, and free internet access. A toilet is located at the rear of the kitchen.

We have a half-level (only seven steps) which leads to:

A bedroom (lion cub wallpaper) with a 140cm x 200cm bed and a 90cm x 200cm bed on a mezzanine.

A bedroom (red panda wallpaper) with a 140cm x 200cm bed.

A bedroom (flamingo panda wallpaper) with a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm).

A shower room with double vanity and large mirror.

A separate toilet accessible from the shower room.

A sheltered terrace offering a magnificent view of the grounds and the river.

This is a place for relaxing and socializing, but not for birthday parties or other gatherings that would disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We are not in an isolated location.

We are nearing the end of renovations and will open in early July 2025. The cottage will be brand new inside with beautiful decor.

Outside, we have a large parking area (space for four cars). We want to create a peaceful haven so our guests feel as comfortable as they did at our first cottage.
The swimming pool has an electric cover and a 1.80m telescopic enclosure to keep you warm if the weather is unpredictable. There's a lovely terrace all around with sun loungers.
Below the pool, we have a pétanque court.
We have a gate providing access to the Loir River, and of course, a pontoon will be installed in September for relaxing or for fishing enthusiasts. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

At your disposal is a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area with a flat-screen TV and internet access.

Enclosed grounds by the Loir River. One bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Two toilets, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) on a mezzanine.

We have a large utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and games available on-site (badminton net and rackets, Molkky set, pétanque sets for adults and children, shuffleboard, beach paddles).

Optional cleaning fee: €50 (Cleaning the gas barbecue, washing dishes, and sorting waste into the recycling bins is mandatory even if you choose the cleaning fee).

Mandatory linen kit available for an additional €40 (sheets, duvet and duvet cover, towels). Beds will be made upon your arrival. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Everything will be explained to you a week before your arrival; you'll find it easily.
