1. Please leave the house in the condition you found it, including putting board games back and cleaning up any messes.
2. Check-out is 10:00 am. If you would like a later check-out, please request it in advance. Otherwise, a late check-out will incur an additional $200.00 fee.
3. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready to be used. Any food you purchased during your trip should be taken with you or thrown away. Please put all of your dishes in the dishwasher when you are finished and do not forget to run the wash cycle upon checkout. We will leave some dishwasher capsules for you to use under the sink.
4. We will leave bath towels and hand towels for your use.
5. You are free to use the detergent provided above the dryer for washing. If you have extra time, our cleaners really appreciate you putting your used towels and sheets in the washer and starting a cycle upon exit.
6. Both living spaces have an Amazon firestick, which controls the TV and the apps on Amazon Fire (Netflix, Hulu, DirecTV, etc). Do not forget to log out of your apps upon checkout.
7. Smoking is not allowed
8. Please adhere to Lafollette`s noise ordinance. No loud and/or offensive noise is allowed after 10:00 pm. We ask all guests to be considerate and maintain quiet noise levels, especially at night
9. No pets allowed unless approved in advance with a $50 per pet per day fee
10. Please do not leave trash outside for it may attract unwanted animals
