”Home owner was great about communication! The house was spacious and clean and offered a beautiful view of Norris Lake. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the game room! It was the perfect place for a holiday family retreat!!”

”I’ve given this location 3 chances because of the price and location of where I needed to be. The only staff member to ever smile was a maintenance man. All three check-ins I had three different people, none of them friendly at all nor smiled or offered any sort of help even when asked. Towels/washcloths are dingy/brown, cleanliness a 2, hairs and smears of who knows what in sink and headboard of bed, floors leave your feet/socks filthy, asked front desk for extra pillows and she said she didn’t...

”What can we say about this place? It was great. The staff were well accommodating and very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good but the newest thing was the outdoor patio and the chairs out in the backyard. They were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. And if you have an electric car hybrid, they have a plug-in for it. You just have to ask them to turn it on and you can charge your car.”

”I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...
