On the ground floor, you will discover a vast living/dining room flooded with light, conducive to moments of conviviality. The space opens directly onto the terrace, pleasantly extending the living area to the outside. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook with ease whilst remaining at the heart of the home's life.

Designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people, the house offers three large bedrooms on the upper floor, each equipped with a double bed (140x190), as well as their own space with sink and shower, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for each occupant. Two independent toilets are available: one on the ground floor, the other upstairs.

Outside, you will enjoy a small garden of approximately 50 m² offering a pleasant space to relax. The terrace of approximately 12 m² is furnished with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for sharing outdoor meals. For your bicycles, a garden shed is available.
