You clearly mb a spiral metal staircase outside to get to the apartment. The doors lock close with a key that is hard to turn and would be scary if there was a fire. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and its proximity to my workplace near the Palais des Congrès in Paris was very convenient.That said, the key collection process was more tedious than expected. Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor...

”The location was excellent! The bathroom was a bit musty due to no ventilation. Fans were in every bedroom which was great given the high temperatures while we were there. Communication with the host was good and directions for check in were very clear.”
