Accommodation : This superb 2-bedroom villa, 200 m from the beach and 800 m from the shops, sleeps 4 people and is very comfortable (fully-equipped kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 toilet, etc.).
Located on the ground floor and 1st floor of a secure house, it sleeps 2 in 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm) and 1 double bed (140cm)) for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. A terrace overlooking the residence's garden is available for you to enjoy during your stay. You can explore the area on foot.

Main room:
The living room with its large picture windows opens onto a terrace with garden furniture.

Kitchen: opening onto the main room, fully equipped (2 induction hobs, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine*, Nesspresso* pod coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 on the terrace for your meals and guests. You'll be able to share great meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène, different from Rouille Sétoise... and on the meat side: côte de taureau and gardiane camarguaise! Take your time to discover the various vineyards, whose speciality is organic vin des sables. La Grande Motte golf course 20 minutes away.

Separate lounge: 1 sofa, flat-screen TV.

Sleeping accommodation: upstairs

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 single bed (140cm), with square pillows (65x65cm), duvet, *kit of sheets and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people*.

Location: Ideally situated a stone's throw from the beach, shops, restaurants and the lively town centre (Quartier de la Mairie). This Villa is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea from the promenade along the beach, and follow the flight of the pink flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.

A real favourite with lovers of peace and quiet on the terrace, yet close to the sea and town centre.

##Access: If you prefer, we can welcome you on site, by appointment, when you arrive and when you leave! You'll have the whole property at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
