Where to start…when we checked in our room was on the ground floor, seemed unusual but Ok.
When we got into our room it was an ADA compliant room which we did not request.
The bathroom was again ADA compliant and basically a wet room.
We decided this was not going to work for us, returning to the desk and asked for a room change.
The person working the desk said there were no other rooms available and we would need to make do.
When we requested to speak to someone, a supervisor she was magically was able to find another room.
So with this corrected we went to the newly assigned room.
Seemed Ok though you could hear people talking in other rooms.
A one night stay at this place was enough… beds were extremely uncomfortable, miserable night trying to rest.
I cannot recommend this place.
