”Are room didn't get cleaned everything else was great”

”Ended ip nit staying the night. We used the room to change but left at 11 pm. It would have been a place to sleep. Shower was leaking.”

”Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.”

”I had a king suite. It was set up quite nicely. The room was immaculate. The TV was on with a hotel home screen welcoming me by name. The htotel had plenty of amenities; a workout room, pool, and a nice area where you can gather. This was particularly nice for this visit, as we were in town for a funeral and multiple family members had multiple rooms booked. The gathering area was comfortable. While we did not partake, the hotel provided "to go" bags at check out which provided a take to go...

”Our stay was pleasant and the staff accomodating. The room and its bathroom were clean. There was only one visible large stain on the carpet by one of the beds in one of the rooms but for the most part clean overall. ”
