”Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient. ”We were 2 pensioners staying to watch our young grandchildren skiing. The 1 bedroom self service apartment was adequate, however 1) it was directly above a bar 2) we wished and asked for a double bed but had singles 3) the outlook was to an inner rectangle but we expected to be able to look out to the slopes - we had booked and paid months in advance!”

”The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”

”Olemme olleet alueella muutaman kerran ja ajattelimme kokailla tällä kertaa tätä hotellia. Tässä lyhyt vuodatus : kuvat eivät kerro sitä kuinka ränsistynyt paikka on. Todella likainen. Ihmestystä herätti myös se että asiakasta pyydetään suorittamaan inventaatio kun tullaan hotelille ja sitten vielä tehdään lopputarkastus lähtöpäivänä jonka jälkeen saa depositin/ennakkon takaisin. Hotelli todellinen sokkello joten jos käy huon onni joutuu liikkumaan monella hissillä ja autotallien läpi...
