”I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!”

”Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. ”

”Sijainti on mahtava. Pääsee laskemaan suoraan suksihuoneesta. Mutta on enemmänkin Motelli kuin hotelli. Mahoitushintaan EI kuulu lakanat eikä pyyhkeet, ne pitää vuokrata erikseen. Ja pedit pitää pedata itse ja lopuksi viedä petivaatteet pyykkiin. Huone pitää siivota, vessat pesta yms. lähtiessä. Ja siivous tarkistetaan lähdön yhteydessä. Edes WC-paperi ei kuulu hintaan, vaan sekin pitää itse hankkia, kuten tiskiharja yms. Ainakaan meillä ei ollut parisänkyä, kuten kuvissa vaan sohva, jossa...

”We have been visiting Les Arcs for 5 years now, usually staying four weeks. We absolutely love the Belmont, its a great location, the kids can walk to camp but most of all we love the service, Charlotte, Gerianne, Maeva, they are the best. They have been here every single year with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work!”

”Terrible. Would not stay here again. Power continuously went out. Extremely loud, could not sleep. Walls are so thin you can hear people outside and in every room. Floors were so dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk does not help at all with any requests. Spend your money somewhere else. ”

”A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. ”Jolie résidence avec vue superbe sur les montagnes. Personnel sympa et à l’écoute. Les appartements sont vieillots et nécessitent quelques travaux (joints salle de bain et cuisine avec traces de moisissure). Dans l’ensemble un bon endroit pour un week-end à la montagne. Côté propreté ils pourraient faire mieux ”

”Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier.”
