”Place was near the center of Chapala. House could have been better for what was paid. We paid too much for little ammenteties. No hot water for shower as well as low pressure. Loud noises every night. Multiple items broken; sink knobs, towel racks, shower heads. TV hardly worked with little channel/stream options. Beautiful place and area but definitely NOT worth the price. Maybe half the price at that. Only area with AC was the top floor rooms. All other areas such as the kitchen, living room,...

”The AC in both BR was perfect for hot May days. The mirador up top provides the perfect outlook to see Ajijic. And it is walking distance to many things the heart desires. You may need to buy water. Arturo was responsive and helpful.”

”The restaurant at the Clubhouse serves great food at a reasonable price. They also run special dinners with entertainment. Rural area. Generally very quiet.”
