The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area features a stunning vaulted ceiling. The separate sunroom opens directly onto the large pool terrace and shaded dining terrace. The kitchen/utility area is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar.



The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with full bath and shower facilities. There’s an additional two bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night.



The pool terrace offers a private heated swimming pool with sunbeds, a sun umbrella, lovely seating area and traditional charcoal BBQ. A small turfed area provides another space for the kids to play – and for sun worshippers, the roof terrace solarium is a sun-trap.



Villa Contenta is located in the quiet Vistas del Mar area of Corralejo. Local bars, restaurants and a supermarket are 700 metres away. Acua Water Park, El Campanario, Corralejo Old Town and the beaches (Playa del Medio, Playa de Los Verilitos and Playa de Corralejo Viejo) are less than 2km away, walkable or a few euro's in a taxi. The famous sand dunes of Parque Natural and the beach Grandes Playas de Corralejo (ideal for all types of watersports) are approximately 3km away.



There is an alarm system with cameras which will be deactivated during your stay. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services and parking.
