The villa offers solar heated swimming pools and wifi, and a photovoltaic solar energy system with a heat pump has been installed to maintain comfortable temperatures in the pool year-round.



The villa is conveniently located only 300 meters away from supermarkets, taxi services, rental cars and bikes, banking, bars, and restaurants, with the Campanario commercial center, the largest in Corralejo, only 500 meters away. Corralejo is renowned for its international cuisine, ranging from Italian, British, French, fast food, and Spanish, with local restaurants offering fresh fish dishes and traditional Canarian delicacies.



The island of Fuerteventura is known for producing Aloe Vera products, and it is possible to visit the factories. Another local product is goat cheese, available fresh, cured, or semi-cured from small industries and homemade varieties. Canary wines are also worth sampling.
