”Make sure you park in front of the hotel building. The first building you pull into is the casino which is west of the hotel. It is a long walk to the hotel from there!”

”We wake up at 3:00 to find no water. When I called the front desk they said they were doing laundry & water would not return for our hotel rooms on for at least an hour. I have never experienced such a thing in a hotel! Musty smell through out hotel, dirty carpets that we were afraid to walk on without shoes & a shower head that should be thrown away Staff was nice but hotel needs a full makeover.”

”Stayed overnight for work, room was very clean, front desk staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was a buffet mix of hot and cold foods. It was well stocked and brandy and Neveah were accommodating and willing to help find anything needed. Would definitely stay again!”

”The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas. ”This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in 2 years. Both times we had issues with outlets, the lamps and USB outlets. This time they had lamps that the outlets didn't work, we had one outlet and one usb that worked in the whole room. The outlet by the a/c did not work at all and the lamp in the corner had a missing bulb. In the bathroom the fan did not work and the floor was dirty. ”We were going to be late checking in. I tried to call the front desk THREE times during the day and I was just put on a loop and no one ever answered. To be fair the actual man at the desk who checked us in was very cordial. The hotel has just switched from a Motel 6. The old signage is still there. GPS had a hard time finding it and sent us down back alleys, even though it is on a main road.
