The price is also excellent, and I got great value for money. It is not a luxury property, so don't expect that. But it is very comfortable and a great value.”

”The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. The rooms are so huge and very clean. The entire apartment was very big and I felt safe, comfortable and happy. He was also very fast with his response when we had any...

”The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

”I did not like there was no one to assist with luggage to rooms. Room needs to be upgraded. There were times no hot water. Breakfast was great. Dinner was boring, something every night.”

”The lack of natural light was a deal breaker for me there was only one window in the bathroom and that was all the natural light you will get in the room , the toilet was an issue but other than that it was very clean breakfast was tasty but if you don’t get breakfast early (before 8-8:30) and it’s all gone (the local dishes ) you have to stick with continental dishes.”

”Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. ”

”On April 7th I checked into the hotel. Upon arrival I paid with my credit card for the stay until April 10 total 89340 Guyana dollars, the receipt number is 7610. That same day I checked in the Manager came into my unit 101 with two glasses full of alcohol and she put a tablet in the glass saying that it will cool my skin. I passed out for a long time but my money was missing 1000 USD when I woke up. I continued my stay until my family picked me up. That money was for the orphanage I grew up in....

”Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.”
