This 27 sqm studio, divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:

- A living room with a sleeping area on one side with 2 single beds and a dining area on the other side with a bunk bed set and a TV.
- A kitchenette equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, and a raclette set.
- A shower.
- A separate toilet.

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed.

The residence :
The residence is located in the heart of the resort center, next to all resort services (restaurants, bars, etc). The north facing flats are quiet and get a beautiful view on the valley. Ski lockers in the residence.

The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
