Absolutely Wonderful!!

My mother, myself & my daughter each live in different states. We rented the home & stayed for mother's day weekend. The place was even bigger & better upon arrival. Beautifly furnished, VERY clean, pool & backyard spaces private, & detailed instructions provided thruout the house. This was my best rental ever across all categories, our weekend was perfect:)

Predictably Awesome

Golfing getaway

Enjoyable property. Very clean and in a quiet location. . Convenient to the golf courses we were playing and the odd restaurant we visited. Didn't realize the pool was not heated until the day of arrival , but made do with the hottub.

La Quinta Gem

My friends and I do an annual golf pilgrimage to the Coachella Valley each year. Being from the Midwest, a February/March visit is a welcome respite from the gray skies to bright and abundant sunshine. This year's visit was especially notable, as our hosts Ric and Kim presented the perfect getaway property/location. The house is very clean, well equipped and their attention to detail is noticeable throughout. The pool/spa area offers plenty of sunshine by day, and peace and quiet by night. The kitchen/pantry has virtually anything that you may need for cooking/grilling at home, and the mirrored bar area separates business from pleasure. All of the rooms are visually appealing and offer plenty of space for your personal gear, and the bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. There is also a quaint and idyllic shaded back patio with landscape lighting and a couple of tasteful strings of "party lights" to enhance the evening's experience. Highly recommended.

Perfect Home Base

Myself and another mom took our girls to Coachella. This was the perfect home base for the weekend. The la Quinta shuttle stop for Coachella was less than 3 minutes away. Very easy for us to drop off and pick up the girls each night. Plus the two of us got to enjoy our afternoons in the pool while the girls were at the concert. I would go back for sure!

Fantastic!!!

It had been two years since we had done our annual golf trip and the place was perfect!!! Clean and as advertised. Based on previous stays it was a pleasure to see some of the small things in the house. It shows the attention to detail the Ric and Kim have gone to make this a home. Ric and Kim were very responsive, infact Ric came by to take care of some items while we were there. I'm more old school and really appreciated the personal touch. Nice house located in a quiet neighbourhood

We stayed in this house over a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ample room with two separate living spaces and a large open kitchen with an island. We also really enjoyed having a large pantry in the kitchen as well as having a walk-in closet in the primary suite. We took advantage of using the hot tub in the evening under clear skies and gazing at the stars. I would recommend this house and look forward to coming back. Thanks Ric and Kim

Great stay in La Quinta

Great house with all the cooking utensils and appliances you'd ever need. Wonderful to have poolside patio and rear patio with a natural gas barbeque. Good neighborhood with easy access to La Quinta and major roads to all Palm Springs areas. Loved our 4 week stay and the only improvement I could suggest would be a good bread knife.

A Jewel in La Quinta, Ca

Property was amazing and beautiful, just like the pic and much more. Ric & Kim were very prompt with question I had, I was greeted to home with a beautiful card and wine bottle. A very thoughtful surprise! The pool was ready for us on arrival, nice and warm and towels were ready for our guest. My guest and I had a very relaxing and amazing time in the beautiful pool. The home was spotless and Ric and Kim just thought of everything we might need during our stay. Its really a HAPPY STAY in Casa de Happy Hour!! I will definitely return and highly recommend to any one.
