Dan, In our listing it was outlined that the unit comes with a Smart TV. The Smart TV is equipped with online platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Disney, Amazon, and more. As long as you logged into your account you could get access to the TV and certain platforms would have the news. Before booking the listing shows that we don't provide cable. I even sent you messages that if you couldn’t get access to said online platforms, I could come to the unit and help you once you had the login details. I know why you didn’t want me in the unit because it was a complete mess. As our first guest, we hoped for a better experience and we contemplated on removing the listing from VRBO. After your checkout date, the unit was quickly booked and we have had a great experience with our second guest. In the future, I recommend if you will be staying in a VRBO hosted suite, treat it with care.
