  • Step into paradise at this golf course adjacent home at the desirable PGA West. This Spanish Bay beauty boasts almost 3,300 sq. ft. of luxurious living space on the 17th hole of the Nicklaus Tournament course. Throughout the home, you'll find amenities like travertine flooring, windows offering pool and fairway views, ceiling fans, and much more. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and then dine together at the kitchen table or in the formal dining room with seating for six. Mix up a drink at the wet bar, challenge one another to games of pool at the full-size table, and then settle into the living area complete with a comfortable sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace. And outside, you'll find an oversized Pebble Tec pool and pool spa as well as a furnished patio for afternoon lounging and al fresco dining. This Home has it ALL and then some!

    What's nearby:
    Stick close to home and explore the gated PGA West community with its magnificently manicured grounds, beautiful palm trees, lakes, and a private street for walking and exercise. Visit Old Town La Quinta, just a little over five miles away, for shopping, dining, and entertainment. For music lovers, the Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held at the Empire Polo Club, just six miles away. Or grab your clubs and book a tee time on one of several world-class courses in the area.

    There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $49/day.

    The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Such a great rental for a small group!

Everything about this rental was perfect! Super clean when we arrived and the view from the pool was spectacular. If I were traveling with friends to La Quinta again, I would stay here.

Great place for golf trip

This place was great. Very clean and lots of room. The the casita is very nice and they even had 2 additional pull out beds. Can’t beat the view from the pool. This is absolutely on my list to return.

Bad experience

When we got there, the pool was dirty and the propane tank was empty. We had to go to a store and fill it ourselves. While we were swimming in the pool, the people who were cutting grass didn't even care that people are swimming in the pool. There was so much dirt and dust that we couldn't breathe. While we were sleeping in the casita, the sound of leaf blower woke us up. I went outside to tell the guy that there are still people here. They didn't even realize when they opened the gate and walked right in. Wasn't worth the money that we spent on this house.

House needs work

This could be a great house but it needs major maintenance. After staying here for multiple weeks you get to know the house... submitting all of this in hopes that owner and Vacasa will fix so others can have an enjoyable stay. The washer/dryer need to be replaced. They are old and the dryer ruined our clothes. The furniture in the main house need to be replaced. Feathers are coming out of the couch and getting everywhere. The master bedroom has broken chair and broken stool and bed is not comfortable. Ended up purchasing foam mattress. Doors and dishwasher had to be fixed while we stayed there. The doors still don’t close properly, missing screens and door company said the doors should have been fixed years ago. Lights were out and in some places had different color bulbs. Broken lamp in back bedroom. Casita shower door doesn’t close. Yard in courtyard has dead plants everywhere. Again, this could be a great place but someone needs to fix up the place and do regular maintenance.

Less than ideal getaway

We stayed in this property from July 27 through August 2 and it was less then desirable. For starters, our names were not on the list when we arrived at 3pm. This was the first time we had to contact someone for help. Upon arrival, the house was hot. We finally called management at 4:30. AC repair came to our rescue about 7:00. Unfortunately, AC repair had to come to our rescue, not once but 3 times. The AC is still not working in the guest bedroom in the main house, but we finally gave up trying to have it repaired and used a fan that we brought. When he returned the third time he said he couldn’t tell when the filters were last cleaned. These were disgustingly filthy. The refrigerator needs service. It beeps every two minutes, Icicles form overnight in the freezer and you need to press the restart button every so often so that it stays cool. Instead of fixing it, they sent over a replacement refrigerator so we did not lose any food which was placed in the middle of the dining room, meaning we couldn't eat there. Two of the lounge chairs outside were broken and we had to call to have them replaced. One of the outside dining chairs were broken. We didn't bother to have it replaced. There are only 4 dining chairs in the eating area, although the house sleeps 8. The info book has misinformation. Trash day is Monday and NOT Friday, as indicated, so we left the trash out when we left Sunday when we left. During our stay, gardeners came at least twice, using leaf blowers at 6:30am in the morning. While we realize it’s hot out, perhaps this can be done on the day the guests check out. The house is lacking amenities. There are no cleaning supplies, pots are missing lids, no plastic cups to use the by pool so we brought our own. The lightbubs in the bedrooms and bathroom need to be changed. The sliding glass door is so hard to open that you could break an arm just trying to open it. And the back door doesn't lock unless you place a broom stick on the floor to close it. If you have booked, I would reconsider.
