The Space:

A calm, single-level condo set up for people who want to actually get things done while they are in the desert. It sits quietly behind the Embassy Suites in central La Quinta, with high ceilings, a soundproof feel, and a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, printer, and fast Wi-Fi.



There is a TV in every room with cable, movie, and sports channels for when the laptop closes. It works just as well for a weekend as it does for a month.



Walk to Old Town La Quinta for restaurants, shops, and the weekend markets, take a dip in one of the two community pools and jacuzzi behind the building, or head out to golf.



SilverRock and the Dunes course are minutes away, and we keep complimentary clubs.



Snowbirds and remote workers settle in easily here, with in-unit laundry, a full kitchen, and reasonable monthly rates.



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours, plus the two community pools and jacuzzi behind the building.



On request and with a little notice, we provide complimentary golf clubs (men's and women's), pull carts, balls and tees, and tennis and pickleball racquets, so you can leave the gear at home.



The Neighborhood:

Behind the Embassy Suites in central La Quinta, within walking distance of Old Town La Quinta, a public park, library, and a wellness center with a gym you can join by the month.



SilverRock Golf Club is about a mile away, the Empire Polo Club and Desert International Horse Park about four miles, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden a short drive. Hiking and biking trails are close, and Joshua Tree National Park is roughly an hour away.

Getting Around:

Most people rent cars but their are Uber's that are right outside the hotel and buses are arranged for certain events and in Old town La Quinta you can cruise with bikes anywhere you want to and very safe to walk at night

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but guests have free access to the shared community pools and hot tubs behind the building. They are heated, open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and pool towels are provided.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Access to the community pools and hot tubs is included at no extra charge.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



We host two condos in the same building, one upstairs and one down, so you can book both and sleep up to 8 for a group, family or a workcation with friends. Please ask us about combined and monthly rates.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.



A couple of things to be aware of: the upstairs A/C unit can take a little longer than the downstairs unit to reach your set temperature, so we suggest switching it on ahead of time. The kitchen garbage disposal is currently out of service - please do not use the disposal switch - and the kitchen sink may drain slowly or briefly back up while the dishwasher is running.
