The property also boasts two bedrooms with private bathrooms and kitchen. Guests have access to a single garage parking spot for smaller vehicles and one outdoor guest parking spot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please inquire for pool and spa heat rates! -Only access to community pool/spa and gym no additional amenities

-Pool and spa heat fees apply- please inquire prior to booking

-Third bed is a pullout sofa bed located in the living room

-25-year age minimum for booking

-No pets

-Community gym and community pool/spa access permitted

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

-Mailbox access is not permitted. Please use the nearest post office

-Transponders not provided for guest use

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ nights bookings not booked through Airbnb.

-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video on exterior near main entry door.

-BBQ is not for guest use at this time

If you take Jefferson from the roundabout take a left on Ave 54. Then take a right on Madison.

To enter the Puerta Azul Gate you will need to be on Madison Street Not Jefferson. You will NOT be able to access the gate on Jefferson.

Follow Madison down and go past the street light “Airport Blvd”. The gate can be found 2nd gate down on the RIGHT.

Take a RIGHT on Via Puerta Azul Str.

The community will be labeled Puerto Azul and will have blue gates.

There will be a keypad in the middle for you to enter the code.



NOTE:

If you find that there is no keypad to enter the gate code you have gone too far and will need to go back to the first gate. Take Paseo del Lago Street which will feed you into the correct gate.
