Desert mornings in La Quinta have a particular stillness to them - golden light spilling across the mountains, the air carrying that dry warmth that settles the mind before the day begins. This four-bedroom PGA West home is built for exactly that kind of reset, whether you`re here for a golf trip, a family gathering, or a group that simply needs space to breathe.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bath. A second king bedroom is located upstairs. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth includes two double beds. A queen air mattress is available for additional flexibility. Every bedroom comes with its own TV, and linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout.

Living spaces
The main living area is anchored by a large sectional and a 65` TV - a natural landing spot after a full day out. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace give you control over the atmosphere in any season. A dedicated workspace in a common area, along with WiFi and an ethernet connection, keeps you connected when needed. A ping pong table rounds out the indoor entertainment options.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real cooking, with an oversized island that doubles as a gathering spot and a dining table for shared meals. You`ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics, plus a drip coffee maker and Keurig, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils for grilling outside.

Outdoor space
The fully fenced private backyard is stocked with outdoor furniture, a hammock, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area - everything you need for an easy evening under the desert sky. Guests also have access to a shared heated outdoor pool and shared hot tub, both open year-round from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During winter months, the pool is kept around 84°F and the hot tub is pre-set to 101°F. A shared gym is available nearby, along with free resort access to the surrounding PGA West facilities.

Location
Situated within the PGA Signature community at PGA West, the home is within walking distance of Ernie`s Bar & Grill and the Stadium Course clubhouse. The Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - are less than 4 miles away. Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and a range of golf courses are all a short drive out. Highway 111 puts shopping, dining, and everyday essentials within easy reach, and I-10 connects you to Palm Springs and the wider Coachella Valley.

Check in is after 4pm local time, and check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
During the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

Pet policy
No cats, trained dogs for a 150 pet fee
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

ON SITE BIKE USE:
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the provided on site bicycles, as well as any accidents that may occur on the property, and you agree to hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are inherent risks associated with the use of bicycles, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, and other injuries. You further understand that bicycle use may present increased dangers to persons under the influence of medication, alcohol, or drugs, and to children who are not carefully supervised.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that you or members of your party may incur arising from the use of bicycles or from any other activities occurring on the property. You acknowledge these risks and agree that you assume full responsibility for yourself and all members of your party.

You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of bicycles, exposure to any plants or natural elements on the property, or any other activities occurring on the premises.

Renter shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner and its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way related to the renter’s stay on the property, including but not limited to the use of bicycles, and including claims for loss or damage to property or for death or injury to any individual.

Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or while using any facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or facilities and for any persons they invite onto the property.
