Oma asuinpaikka sijaitsee toivotulla North La Quinta -alueella vain muutaman minuutin päässä Intian Wells Tennis Gardenista. Suuri koti viihdyttävällä tyylillä ja mukavuuksilla, ihanteellinen rentouttavalle lomalle.

On 3 makuuhuonetta: Makuuhuoneessa on Kalifornian kuningas, holvattu korkeat katot, kylpyhuone, kaksoisallas, kaksinkertainen kaapissa, satelliitti-tv ja liukuovi patio ja allasalue. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, runsaasti kaappitilaa ja satelliitti-tv. Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on myös queen-vuode. Toinen täysi kylpyhuone sijaitsee eteisessä makuuhuoneiden välillä.

Uusittu keittiö on graniittiset työtasot, graniitti saari istuimet kahdelle, holvattu katot ja on avoinna ruokailu-ja olohuoneet tekevät siitä ihanteellisen viihdyttävä. Keittiö on täysin varustettu nykyaikaisilla mukavuuksilla. Keittiö / ruokailuhuone patio liukuovi avautuu katettu 300 neliömetrin patio, lämmitetty uima-allas ja kylpylä ja ihana nurmikko alue rehevä palmuja, yksityisyyden istutukset ja kypsä sitruuna puu.

On den erottaa tuloa ja makuuhuoneet, pesula alue pesukone ja kuivausrumpu aivan makuuhuoneen eteinen ja maakaasu BBQ lisätty ulkona viihdyttävä.

A great spot for your stay in the desert!!

My partner and I recently stayed here for our annual trip to Indio. This house has everything you need in a small holiday rental. The rooms are a good mix of sizes for the guests. The property is very well maintained. The kitchen has a wide variety of utensils and cook wear to prepare nearly everything you could think of. (Could use some more large knives but maybe those are difficult to keep from wandering off? And a better cocktail shaker.) The heated pool is perfect for relaxing in and the best part, the hot tub heats quickly and has a very convenient remote control to turn it on and off from anywhere in the backyard. Great value for money!!

Great stay with beautiful pool

The house was very clean and kitchen well appointed with everything needed during our stay. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard covered patio and the heated pool and hot tub were relaxing and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

A slice of paradise

Two friends and I rented this beautiful 3-bedroom house in La Quinta that is within easy walking distance of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The house is well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as a completely private back yard with a heated pool and spa.

Great location and great rental

Got a nice welcome email from owner with check in/out and stay instructions, and days before our stay got a nice phone call from the property manager to make sure we did not need anything and to make sure we had her number if we ran into any problems. Rental house was excellent and we had no problems at all. Great property to book/use.

Great desert escape

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. Great communication with the property owner and management, easy check in, a clean and comfortable space with all the amenities, a gorgeous backyard, warm (heated in winter at no extra charge) pool, lovely hot tub, and excellent location. 3 generations all had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay in this quiet corner of Coachella Valley

The three of us were looking for a quiet/private place to stay for the weekend, and that's just what we got. A spacious layout, lots of comfortable areas to lounge in, and a perfect backyard complete with hot tub and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect month away

The pool and spa were wonderful. We were pleased with the three bedrooms and the additional inflatable mattresses that were used for guests on occasions. The location is conveniently located just north of highway 111 with all amenities including El Paseo for your up end shopping and dining. Some of the electrical outlets need replacing and a small number of AA batteries should be available for the thermostat and the pool control. A wonderful month!

Back yard and pool area are the highlights of this property. New mattress’s would be appreciated. Kitchen was great! Everything provided for fixing your own meals. Grab bar in the master bathroom is needed. Sofa looks new but the cushions aren’t comfortable because the foam has lost its support.

We had a very nice time in the home and loved this pool and hot tub. Our only complaints were that the furniture in the living room was not what was in the photos and was very low and difficult to get out of. Also, the main television in the living room could not get regular channels- nothing under 100.

Great Stay

My sister and I stayed at this property for ten days. When we arrived we were impressed by how clean the house was. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated the easy communication with the property manager and the owner. We had a lovely holiday at this lovely La Quinta property.
