Ympäröimä kauniilla Santa Rosa -vuorilla, tämä 6 makuuhuoneen moderni nykyaikainen koti on uskomattoman maisemoitu ja erittäin yksityinen. Seitsemäs makuuhuone voidaan majoittaa tarvittaessa.

Se on loistava sijainti kävelyetäisyydellä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja baareista. Ensiluokkaiset golfkentät ovat vain muutaman mailin päässä.

Hämmästyttävä 6800 neliömetriä. Tila, jossa 6 makuuhuonetta, 8 kylpyhuonetta

Mountain View Retreat rakennettiin kaikilla nykyaikaisilla mukavuuksilla, jotka on suunniteltu rikastuttamaan elämäsi nautintoa. Koodatun portin takana ja koodatulla turva-sisäänkäynnillä yksityisyytesi ja suojasi ovat etusijalla.

Mahtava täysikokoinen uima-allas nurkassa, poreallas ympäröi ruoho, katettu terassi ja kansi.

Nauti tontista pelaamalla bocce-palloa, pingistä, hevosenkengät ja viheriöllä.

Tämä on loistava ominaisuus 3-4 perheelle tai suurille ryhmille. Talon ulkoasu mahdollistaa 3-4 erillistä oleskelutilaa, joissa on paljon tilaa kokoontua.

Päärakennuksessa on kaksi isäntäsviittiä, joissa molemmissa parisängyt ja oma kylpyhuone, sekä vierashuone, jossa on oma wc, johon pääsee helposti isännän kautta. Vierashuoneessa on myös ulkoovi, jos yksityisyyttä halutaan. Lisäksi meillä on kahden isännän välillä TV Den ja kellarissa iso taulutelevisio ja useita sohvia. Päärakennuksessa on paljon ruokailu- ja vierashuoneita. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, ja se on suunniteltu talon keskipisteeksi. Keittiö on aivan yhtä suuri osa viihdehuoneesta kuin keittiö, jossa on baaripaikat, sohva ja TV. Et näe mikroaaltouunia täällä, mutta sinä olet Butlerin keittiössä. Butler-keittiö on täydellinen paikka työtason liittoutumille, kuten leivänpaahdin, mikroaaltouuni ja tehosekoitin. Käytä tätä tilaa kuivien ruokien ja kylmien juomien tallentamiseen tai valmistele ja puhdista toisella pesuallasella ja astianpesukoneella. Muodollinen ruokasali on moderni, joka avautuu uima-altaan reunalle. Ruokapöydän paikkaa 10. Avaa kaksoisleveät liukusäätimet ja löydä ulkona oleva ruokapöytä 6: lle.

Seuraava olohuone on Casita, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta queen-vuoteilla, joissa molemmissa on oma kylpyhuone. Casita-olohuoneessa on tv, mini-jääkaappi ja pesuallas. Näkymät Casitalta ovat kiistatta parhaat kiinteistöstä, josta on näköala Casita-nurmikkoon, uima-altaalle ja kauniille Santa Rosa -vuorille palmujen ja sitruspuiden yläpuolella.

Uusin lisäys tähän kiinteistöön on kaksinkertainen king-sviitti, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, tyylikkäästi seisova kylpy ja graniittiseinäinen suihku. Aulan alaosassa on tilava pelihuone, jossa on baari, sääntelykokoinen biljardipöytä, 80 '-televisio, Xbox ja ulkona haketus / viheriöiden ja hevosenkengän kuoppia. Baarin takana on minijääkaappi ja -allas, joka tekee pelihuoneesta lopullisen hangout-paikan.

Loved the beautiful yard full of gorgeous foliage, fruit trees and flowers. Hummingbirds all around! Easy and quick Uber rides to Indian Wells. The house is very spacious but the real enjoyment is outside. I hope the kitchen/pantry receives a makeover as it could be brought back to life with some TLC. Mgmt was great to work with on some minor issues.

My family and I immensely enjoyed our stay at your house. We loved all the games/activities especially the swimming pool, billiards, horse shoes and bocce - we're now a little obsessed with bocce ball! Hope to return to your beautiful home for more good times and great memories!!

The location is superb with shopping and restaurants very close and easy access to golf courses around La Quinta. The layout of the rooms is a little bit of a maze, but once we figured it all out, it worked great for us. The setting is really beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and pool/spa after our golf rounds. We'd definitely come back on next trip to the area.

We had my closest friends and parents join us for my 40th birthday and it was perfect. We had so much fun exploring all of the options the property had to offer. The pool, the bocce court, the basement lounge, the pool table room, ping pong. We had activities for days. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group and we ate and drank with merriment. Perfect property for a large group.

Our family and 2 other familes came to stay here in Late August 2024 and had a great time. The house was just as advertised, the photos did it justice. The house was located next to a bunch of restaurants and stores so we didnt need to drive far for anything. The property manager was very attentive, respectful, and made sure we enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend for a large party w/ or w/out kids.

We rented this amazing home for our annual Palm Springs girls trip getaway that we had not done since pre covid. When we were arrived at the house, it immediately exceeded all of expectations. The decor and layout of the house was phenomenal. There were so many entertainment options such as the pool, mini golf course, pool table, pingpong table and a room with board games . This home was perfect for our getaway and would be great for any group looking for a hidden oasis in the desert. The owner did a great job communicating and was easy to get ahold of. Will definitely return again! Thanks Andy!

We had a family of 12 of us ages ranging from 24-80! Everyone was able to truly enjoy themselves because it is so spacious and had so many nice amenities such as the putting green,the pool table, the ping-pong, etc. The pool area was amazing and where we spent most of our time, but the house itself was perfect for what we needed. Everybody felt like they had their own space, yet we were all together. I was perfect to celebrate my mom‘s 80th with the whole family and everyone keeps talking about how we have to do it again. Our host were wonderful. They were in touch from the beginning to the end of our stay and very accessible if needed. A great spot if you’re looking to get away with a big group and have everyone truly enjoy themselves!

This property is even better than the photos. It was the perfect place for our girls trip of 9. It’s so spacious, luxurious, and modern; has plenty of beds and bedrooms; and ample options for visiting and entertaining The grounds are well kept and look like a scene from a movie. It has a secluded resort feel and lots of privacy and shelter. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. The location is also convenient with Trader Joe’s across the street, restaurants, etc and easy access to the freeway. The property manager was always responsive and helpful when we had questions. Kitchen was well equipped also. Definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our trip! It was large enough for us each to have our own room and be able to all stay on one property. The pool and hot tub were great along with all the space to hang out. I highly recommend this property.

We so enjoyed our 3 day stay at this lovely property! The house was well appointed with lots of room for our extended family. The casita spaces offered privacy and were super comfortable with enough quiet for a napping infant. The grounds are wonderful with the pool, covered patio, ping pong table, hot tub, putting green, horseshoes and bocce. There was even space for a volleyball set we brought! We loved the kitchen and dining space for meal prep and sitting down altogether. Thank you so much for a fabulous trip!

This house has everything anyone could ever need. Each of the bedrooms was fabulous, the kitchen was spacious and the outside was all beautifully attended to. The only complaint the group had was there wasn’t a cozy space to hang out. Many living room areas but all very spread out. The property manager was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Definitely one of the best rentals we’ve been in.

We spent 4 days here with a group of friends, 9 of us total, celebrating my husband's 37th birthday. The property has an impressive layout and you'll never want to leave. The property was easy to find and while you definitely feel secluded, you're close to every store or restaurant you may need. The property gives off resort vibes and we all agree it will be hard to find a place more enjoyable and will probably be coming back whenever possible. Pool temp was always great, spa heat was quick and HOT! Outdoor games were the best, we brought our own corn hole set, it's the one thing they're missing. We played bocce ball several times, definitely our fave. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook/prepare food.. Although I had to refrain myself from organizing everything, just keep searching and you'll find what you need! The oven was so confusing, it took awhile to figure it out.. Still not sure if we can actually understood it but it did it's job. The bedrooms were impressive and beautifully made up. One wonky mattress in the room off the master, our friend said he felt like he was being hugged at night which he was fine with haha. The stone/hard floors are rough on your feet and for standing in the kitchen preparing food.. Bring comfy shoes or slippers to wear throughout. Overall, wonderful experience. We can't stop talking about it and wishing we were back.

The house is incredible. It's beautiful and spacious, modern and well-stocked! The pool and grounds are stunning! The only thing that folls should be aware of is that the first main bedroom is comnevted to another room. Thats not really an issue, but they do share a shower. It was just a bunch of girlfriends, so not an issue for us, but I can see it being an issue if there were two or more families sharing that space. That aside, this place was part of my amazing 50th birthday celebration!

My family and I had an AMAZING time at this property! The house was very spacious so we didn’t feel on top of each other the entire time. There were plenty of activities and games to keep all 13 of us (9adults 4kids) entertained. We practically lived in the pool and it was the perfect temp day and night. We had an issue with the freezer on day 2 of our stay but Andy and Melissa were extremely prompt in communicating, worked very quickly resolve it but getting a brand new deep freezer to us the next day. The place was clean but I would say that it’s probably time for a refresh on the small common area things; couch pillows, casita rug, a little wall touch up. It’s such a beautiful modern property that those small upkeep needs seem out of place. But overall this place and host was perfect for our family getaway and we ABSOLUTELY plan to come back!!!
