Vista Montana is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in the scenic La Quinta Cove neighborhood of La Quinta, California, approximately 25 miles from Palm Springs.

The Living Room:
- Sunny living room with comfortable seating and fireplace
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming and other apps

The Kitchen:
- Newly renovated with high-end, Cafe appliances and custom cabinetry
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster, blender, slow cooker and other cooking gadgets
- Nespresso coffee maker with a starter selection of pods plus creamer and sugar. Small drip coffee maker also available.
- Welcome snacks and beverages

The Dining Room:
- Dining table and chairs
- High chair also available for your little one!

The Primary Suite:
- King sized bed with comfortable mattress and a selection of sleeping pillows
- French doors overlook the back patio and fire pit area
- En-suite bathroom with a step-in shower and dual-sink vanity
- Closet with hangers and luggage stands
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Guest Bedrooms
- Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, tv and closet with hangers and a set of drawers
- Bedroom 3 is primarily set up as an office with a desk, but also has a daybed and a closet with hangers and a set of drawers.
- All beds are made up with soft, quality linens
- All bedrooms are equipped with a white noise machine and charging ports on each nightstand

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Primary Suite
- Full bathroom off the hallway with sink, toilet and shower/bath combo
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Outdoor Space:
- Two chaises for lounging by the pool
- Pool towels
- BBQ with grilling utensils (one propane tank provided)
- Back patio with an outdoor dining set with seating for 6
- Propane fite pit (one propane tank provided)

- Laundry room with full-sized washing machine and dryer and "free & clear" (allergy friendly) laundry detergent and softener
- High-speed internet and excellent WiFi coverage on the whole property for streaming and high quality video meeting capability

Vista Montana is a Family-Friendly property! We will happily provide the following items on request:

- Small selection of toddler toys

Guests will have exclusive access to the property during there stay. One spare closet will be locked for owner storage.
