”First, the Good:
The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. ”The hotel is ok, the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was spacious, and the hotel is just next to the main entrance of the park. The pools and common areas are quite small for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room: water started dropping from the ceiling (probably related to the air conditioning), and nothing was done even calling or going to the reception several times.
