This holiday home located in the heart of the city offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with lounge, a kitchen with living room, and a toilet with hand basin. - Upstairs: a large bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed that can be converted into 2 80 cm beds, a small bathroom with toilet. Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed courtyard, nicely landscaped and facing south with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. At the bottom of this small courtyard, you will have an outbuilding to store your beach or sports gear. The courtyard is only accessible from the kitchen (and not from the street). To park your vehicle, you will have free parking spaces on the street or nearby. The cottage is adjoining a house. Be careful, the stairs to the gîte are steep! On the banks of Vilaine, La Roche-Bernard is labeled Small City of Character thanks to its charm, authenticity and exceptional heritage. From the port, embark on a cruise on the Vilaine and let yourself be lulled by the calm and serenity of its waters. The port is also the starting point for many water activities such as sailing, canoeing, paddle, electric boat rental and many others! A stone's throw from the gîte, discover the old districts of the city with its beautiful buildings, its dozens of craftsmen and its shops. During your stay you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Pénestin or Assérac (20 km), discover Vannes (30 minutes) and Nantes with the castle of the Dukes of Brittany (40 minutes).
