Beautiful Casa Campo Italian designed luxurious 6 bedroom villa & golf/sea views

Located in the heart Casa de Campo five minutes from the Marina and the beach, this modern Italian designed villa has soaring ceilings and tons of light. Exposed to the cooling NW prevailing breezes and sheltered from the afternoon heat, El Batey 10 is one of Casa’s most sought after villas. The property has beautiful views across the golf courses to the sea.

There are 6 bedrooms including 3 king bedded rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms and a 4 double bedded bunk room all with private bathrooms. An infinite pool with built in hot tub is sheltered by a palm garden to ensure privacy. The 6.5 bathrooms, complete with showers and hair dryers, ensure everyone's comfort. Equipped with super WiFi, AC, bedroom ceiling fans, satellite TV’s, washing and drying machines.

The villa has a tv/sound studio, multiple seating areas, al fresco and interior dining spaces, a luxurious hammock and a large supply of children’s toys including a a trampoline.

The house is managed by a superb, full time bilingual team including a manager, butler, gourmet chef, cleaning lady and gardener.

We just returned from an incredible stay at this wonderful villa! The house is even more beautiful in person and the indoor/outdoor living with the separate wing of bedrooms was perfect for our group. The yard and pool area are thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of privacy and tons of space (more than the pictures show) to relax and enjoy hours, or days, by the pool. As for mosquitos, there was a 15-30 minute window each evening where they were present, but the massive ceiling fans did a great job keeping them controlled (we are bug sensitive!). When night came, our two families (with early teenage kids) were able to retreat to the spacious bedrooms that were all beautifully decorated with en suite baths and air conditioning. Even with the space, the kids decided to spend several nights together in the awesome bunk room. The staff was AMAZING. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and professional. The house was always spotless and everything was in perfect order. Elvio was exceptional, he took great care of us and made sure that we were able to fully relax and unwind. The food was delicious! We enjoyed a great breakfast spread every morning and chose to have most dinners at the villa because the the foods was so good. A few highlights were the fresh fish, ceviche, authentic Dominican food, homemade pizzas in the stone pizza oven and too many others! Thank you to the staff and the owner, Sam, for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

This place is incredible! We had never been to CDC before and didn’t know what to expect. This villa exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, the layout of the villa is perfect. Tons of privacy in the backyard by the pool. Elvio and staff were amazing. So accommodating and hospitable. The food they prepared was better than any restaurant we went to on property. We will be back!

The house was spectacular—beautifully designed and perfect for our stay. The service was truly outstanding. We want to give special recognition to Elvio for his kindness, attentiveness, and dedication. He was absolutely excellent, always making sure everything ran smoothly with such grace.The chef was incredible—every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We also want to highlight Heidy, who took care of the cleaning. She was impeccable in every detail, always present, discreet, and attentive to everyone’s needs.From the very beginning, Bárbara was thoughtful and responsive, making sure everything was perfect. Her support made a big difference in our experience.We truly loved every moment of our stay. The house is beautiful, cozy, and ideal for spending time with family. Barbara, the house manager, was an absolute gem and responsive. She went above and beyond in helping us plan, ensuring that all our needs were met before we even had to ask. Elvio, the butler, was a highlight of our experience. His impeccable service and friendly demeanor made every day effortless and luxurious.
