Rates and conditions of stay

- Electricity charges not included: consumption billed according to meter reading (€0.28/kWh consumed)
- Use of the pellet stove is an additional charge: €7 per 15 kg bag (price subject to change)
- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €60
- Optional towel rental: €10 per person for stays of 1 to 7 nights
- Pets allowed (maximum 2, subject to conditions) with an additional charge of €8 per day per pet. A specific deposit of €150 per pet will be required (€300 for two pets). Ground floor: bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC, kitchen, living room with pellet stove, relaxation area (chaise longue, armchair, flat-screen TV) and direct access to the terrace. For a personalized welcome, remember to inform the owner of your approximate arrival time.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
