This newly renovated mountain studio offers a mountain corner with two 80cm bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a spacious living room with a 140cm Rapido sofa bed and a television. A carefully designed and equipped kitchen area includes a dishwasher, multifunction oven, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The large living room opens onto the balcony, offering extraordinary views of the mountains and the large garden, which you can enjoy.
A large parking lot shared by all Concorde residences is available.

Pets are not allowed. Housekeeping available upon request.
