The loft-style sleeping areas (with unusual ceiling height):
– A large 4 m² sleeping area (1.30 m high) enclosed by a wooden sliding door, fitted with two mattresses (80x200) that can be arranged to suit your needs (as a double bed measuring 160x200 or two single beds) and featuring a casement window with no overlooking neighbours, ensuring complete privacy
– Two small mezzanine sleeping areas (1.50 m to the ridge) connected to each other and enclosed by wooden sliding doors, fitted with two single beds (90x200) arranged in an L-shape, accessible from the living room via a folding ladder secured by a guardrail

Outside:
- A private garden at the rear of the house, accessible from outside, featuring a terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs), a barbecue and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun
The ski locker contains charcoal for the barbecue, sun loungers and rechargeable Lumisky portable lamps
– A private, lockable ski locker situated at the bottom of the house’s external staircase
– A locked and secure garage box situated 150 metres from the house, ideal for parking your car or storing your bikes and sports equipment

For even greater comfort, bed linen is provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can use your private lock-up garage 150 metres away or park easily in the large public car park at the bottom of Aravet, less than 50 metres from the house.

- Nearest train station: Briançon station, about 15 minutes' drive away.
- Resort shuttle buses: run regularly to serve the various hamlets in the Guisane valley
