”It's advertised Check-in start time: 3:00 PM; check-in end time: 8:00 PM. There was never anyone at the front desk. You had to call in order to get directions on how to enter your room at check-in. There is also no elevator in case you have difficulty carrying luggage. Everytime time the front lobby door would close it was loud and can be heard in your room. The room also did not have a security/privacy lock from inside. The room was modern and clean.”
