”Our stay was great.Our room was large and clean.We had access to several towels. The merchant responded to our request immediately via whatsapp. Cleaning was done daily and in a timely fashion. It was questionable if the ac was working, but we did have a fan in the room that was great. There seemed to be construction going on outside the windows so the windows were sealed off with no natural light into the room. That being said, we were out for most of the day so that wasn't a big issue for us....

”Great guest house (not a hotel!), with friendly staff. Rooms are clean, renovated, with fridge. Location is great if you have a car. It is quiet with great views to the town from the upper hill. If you dont have a car, prepare to walk 30 min to the center of La Spezia. I would not spend my days at the guest house, but it was great place to stay over nights when visiting the Cinque Terre (five villages). Price is not too cheap, and they do not accept credit card. They were not separable so two members of our group had to find a room in a different hotel. The staff member I communicated with would not allow a refund for the room that we did not use and was pretty rude about it.
