âI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. â

âNo bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotelâs services description that I have to carry on my own.
Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.â

Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furnitureâŠ

âDisappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
âThe owner is very friendly and speaks good English.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience.
If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again. â
