Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in La Teste-de-Buch. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy outdoor space of around 300 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

- On the lake: sailing school, boat hire, wakeboarding, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, diving, swimming…
- Lake Cazaux is the second-largest freshwater lake in France and is ideal for families with children, particularly thanks to its sandy beaches and shallow waters, which give it the feel of a lagoon.
- Around the lake: walks in the forest or cycling.
- The Dune du Pilat, Île aux Oiseaux, Banc d’Arguin
- Arcachon
- By the sea: surfing (30 minutes’ drive away)
- Biscarrosse Water Park (40 minutes’ drive away)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 3 cars)

- Nearest station: La Teste TER station, about 17 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, approximately 1 hour’s drive away
