This location is perfect for discovering the many attractions of the area: the unmissable Dune du Pilat (8 km), Arcachon, its beaches, and its Winter Town (just 3 km away – the train station is 600 meters from the cottage), and the port of La Teste (marina and oyster port) (850 meters away). The house, with a surface area of 33 m², can accommodate 2 adults and one child. It comprises a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge (with a sofa bed suitable for a child). Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day and heating are charged separately. Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace with a pergola, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue, ideal for meals and relaxation. A parking space is available on the enclosed property. Baby equipment is available upon request. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (supplement of €8/day/pet, deposit required).
