”The villa sits in the foothills of the Alps and has beautiful views all around it. Nice clean pool which all the children (ages 10 - 17) thoroughly enjoyed and the outdoor cooking area is great (we used this most nights, it was nice to sit outside and eat when it was cooler). The villa has no a/c and no fans were provided.....in temperatures of +95 degrees this made it virtually impossible to sleep, so much so we actually left a day early. ”Everything you could want from a holiday covering a wide age range! The house was amazingly well provided with kitchen stuff, the pool was amazing and used by everyone, the location was ideal for cycling, walking, running or just sitting on the patio watching the hang gliders. Things not to miss - Semnoz for the views of Mont Blanc and the luge, a meal at Chalet Pricaz, pedalos on the lake. A memorable holiday in a memorable house. Thanks David and Renée.”

The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. ”Fantastic property in an elevated position over looking the countryside. Very peaceful and relaxing. The house was very comfortable and had a home from home feel about it, even though the decor is modern. Viviers is a great location with a beautiful lake and surrounding countryside. ”We really enjoyed the location and situation of this property. It was modern yet still has character and it was private and secure. The kitchen has all that’s needed and there are planet of bathrooms for a large group. We had a slight plumbing issue and Aline was responsive and quick to help resolve it. We’d have liked the pool house to have had the same level of decoration as the main house, otherwise it was perfect. ”

”Grundsätzlich ist das Haus und vor allem der Garten wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist gut (leider sieht man den See nicht, aber das ist von den Bildern her aber klar. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Geschirr, Gläser, sogar Lebensmittel wie Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz, Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ausserdem findet man auch Toys wie ein Töggelikasten und ein Mini-Billiard, von dem eigentlich gar nichts erwähnt war. Auf ein Auto ist man aufgrund der etwas abseits liegenden Lage aber angewiesen: Ich Hochsommer...
