Small house in a holiday residence with a fenced garden. The living room features a convertible BZ sofa, a travel cot, a high chair, and a TV. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Senseo coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm). Bathroom with shower cabin and sink, separate toilet. Enjoy a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and garden shed. Parking is available, perfect for a car-free holiday. Pets allowed under conditions—please contact the host via the booking platform.



The property is carefully prepared; we kindly ask you to respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option for an additional fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please follow these rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please send a message on the morning of your arrival with your estimated arrival time.



Please do not subscribe to internet options (prime, video on demand). If not respected, extra charges may apply.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the municipal recycling containers.
