La maison Amorgos la Terrière – Charming House Near the Beach with Garage

This charming rental, tastefully decorated and located 1,500 m from the beach, features:

- On the ground floor: a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed

- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, a WC, and a shower room.

Enjoy the sunny days on the flowered terrace. A double garage and laundry room are available for your use.



Highlights: The large garage accommodates two vehicles and offers storage for your bikes, boards, and walking sticks. In July and August, a free shuttle stops right outside the house, taking you to the beach and town center.



The property is carefully prepared—please respect the space.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but these services are available for an extra charge.



Even if you choose the cleaning option, please:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Clean the hob and plancha

- Remove all trash and waste



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please notify the agency on the morning of your arrival with your estimated arrival time.



Other notes:

Please do not subscribe to internet options such as video-on-demand services. If not respected, an extra charge may apply.



Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the municipal recycling containers.
