La Maison De Nicole – terrace & garden – 50 m from the sea

Located in La Tranche sur Mer, this 34 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. You’ll also enjoy a TV, washing machine, step-free access, and baby equipment such as a travel cot and high chair (optional for infants).



Relax on your terrace and make use of the barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The garden and enclosed sandy courtyard offer a peaceful space with outdoor furniture.



A shared parking space is available on site in the courtyard. Small pets are allowed under certain conditions. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.



Check-in takes place at the agency between 3 pm and 6 pm for key collection. For late arrivals, please contact the agency before 6 pm. The beach is just 50 m away, and shops are 300 m away. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.



Even if you choose the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Only household waste should be put in the bins and taken out twice a week for collection. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
