This comfortable, simple house has a slight construction flaw (sloping floor) and is located 300 meters from the beach and 1800 meters from the town center. It comprises a living room with a television, a kitchen open to the living room with an electric stove (4 electric burners and an electric oven), a refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm); a third bedroom with two single beds (90 cm); a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine; a toilet; a courtyard with garden furniture; and parking on the public road. (PETS PROHIBITED) Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. Wi-Fi access with a 5G box is available for €40/week.
