”Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...

”The Lodge is under new ownership, and I was told they’re gradually improving things. However, I can only review the experience we had. While it is rustic and homey, we had some issues during our stay.
+ The check in/out process was very easy.
+ When our room only had 2 bath towels, the staff responded very quickly to get us 2 more.
- The AC in our room was broken.
- The ice machine was broken.
- There was a crack/hole in the bathroom floor.
- The tub was dirty and needed to be scrubbed....
