”All good except the night clerk was hard to converse with and the hallway (on the third floor) smelled like dirty feet.”

”I hate to leave a bad review, but here I am. This place was very misleading with all the good reviews and the pictures on the listing. All the carpets were stained inside and outside of the room. The whole second floor smelled of pot. The linens were stained, ALL OF THEM including the pillows. We checked for bedbugs cause it just looked as if they would be present, if they were we didn’t see them. Everything was very dated, almost like they took over an abandoned motel and threw a coat of paint...

”The room was dirty, the supposedly hot tub room was not a hot tub room, it was a bathtub with jets. And it was filthy dirty. The TV didnt work at first and had to have someone fix it. Also I tried to get a refund after seeing the condition of the room and they wouldn't give me a refund even tho I wasnt trying to stay over night there.”

One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. ”Our room was definitely in need of a facelift. We stayed in room 434 and had several issues. The carpet and furniture were pretty worn and stained, the tables in the room were sticky, the bathroom sink was cracked and did not drain well, the bathroom door was warped and would not shut, the bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper, and the rolling door to the closet was off it’s track and very difficult to open. ”The bathroom smelled “sour” & needed a good bleaching. There wasn’t a stopper in the sink which makes wet shaving difficult and was a hazard for contact lens usage. One could see daylight under bottom & sides of entry door. The towels were clean but found a hair on one. The beds were comfortable.”

Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.”
