”Free breakfast was rather poor and there wasn't much left 10 minutes before the end of breakfast time; better to use 500 yen for breakfast in a kiosk next door. Corridor air felt somewhat dusty and bad. Akabane is also rather far away and there was not much interesting stuff close to the hotel. However, one night for two people with breakfast cost only around 50 euros for us so it was an ok deal in the end.”

”Hotelli oli mukava. Aulan henkilökunta ystävällistä. Julkiset yhteydet hotellin lähellä ovat huonot, lähimmille metro pysäkeille joutuu kävellä jonkin matkaa. ”

”Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to temple, next to train station, Family Mart, and right in the heart of tourist attractions. You can see Tokyo Tree from main street, which is delightful! Room was a good size and plenty of space for family of 3. We also love that hotel is right on the river, which we took walks nightly for fresh air. The staff Coco taught us how to use the train, which we got pretty good after the 1st day so 2nd day we took the train everywhere with confidence. Last but not...

”I had a problem with Wifi (it kept connecting and disconnecting repeatedly) and it just took the first hours of my visit to solve this but eventually changing the room helped. Staff solved the situation well, were very fast and helpful.
Few minuses, room service could not provide a coffee to your room, or it wasnt included to limited amentments. I didint choose a breakfast but a day i had time it would have been nice to have a cup of coffee while getting ready. Eitherway I was happy to spot a...

”We like Sugamo area and chose APA for the first time since they are everywhere in Japan and location next to station was great. Room was quiet and ok but mattress was already molded by previous customers making me slide off to one side. Bathroom had moldy smell. Toiletries were given daily. Breakfast was common Japanese style and enough. However they played the same noisy hard rock music every morning. Its not suitable for breakfast! The dining area looked different style to rest of the hotel....

”This is a nice hotel and on a great location for the train as well as restaurants and shopping. You just need to be aware that the train is right beside the hotel and depending on your room number it can be very loud. But the they moved us rooms with no hesitation. Mondo was such a wonderful receptionist. Also make sure you try the free ice cream that they offer in the lobby.”
