There was a hot tub inside, directly outside our room, which was actually pretty cool, but it was dated and the lattice wood around it was broken and appeared old.”

”First room they put us in, the toilet would not flush and there was a dog barking across the hallway. They had change rooms. We went from a king sized bed to two queens. One of the beds looks like it had been recently sat on or used in some way. When we went to use the bathroom, there was waste in the toilet! It was disgusting ut at this point, we didn't want to change rooms again. In the morning, the room smelled foil! Almost like sewage. Not a good experience at all”
